    Part-Time Rates

I would just like to pick everyones brains here... I know for most of us part-time rates are higher than what our full-time rates equal when divided out daily.

What I am wanting to know, is by how much ? I don't want anyone's actual rates (I don't want to stir that pot again), but I guess what I would like is to know is just the percentage - so pt rate/ft daily rate....

    mine is 1.42

I've got two part time rates. One for M/W/F and one for T/Th (everything is for full day, whether they use the hours or not).

I used this calculator to figure the percentage increase on my daily rate (the calculator on the bottom): http://www.percentagecalculator.net/
(In the first box I entered the full time daily rate, then the second box I put my part time daily rate)

My M/W/F rate is 7.69% more than my full time M-F rate
My T/Th rate is 15.38% more than my full time M-F rate

If I do it your way and do part time rate divided by full time rate:
M/W/F divided by full time: 1.07
T/Th divided by full time: 1.15

I'm in the southern california area, and honestly I kind of arbitrarily came up with my part time rates - I could probably increase them!

My 3 day rate is my day rate (weekly rate /5) for 4 days.

My 2 day rate is my day rate for 3 days.

I don't have a 1 day option, no drop off and anything over 3 days is full time.

I have 45.00 for p/time and 32.00 for f/time , I know you did not ask for actual price but that's how I do it... I just figured out it fair for me to do it this way.
