I had an interview last week with dad of twin SA boys. I received a call AND email saying he chose my daycare & would like me to email him the enrollment forms & to start the kids on Monday, (yesterday). I sent him the forms & haven't heard from him since. Your thoughts on taking him as a client at this point..., if he does call back. Please & thank you!!!!

If he called very soon,I would take him back. I have had that happen a couple of times but both times they just had something come up and started soon after. I have called them "to make sure everything is okay" though.- Flag

I would never e-mail things to them. I am sure it is fine to do, just not how I do it. I prefer to have that final face to face so that I can see and hear them confirm their interest in enrolling.
Too many providers e-mail their paperwork off to potential clients to ultimatley never hear anything in return.
