    Drop off Time miscommunication

1/2 of my dcms are college students. At the end of the semester I asked them to write down their drop off and pick up times. I don't care what their class schedule is honestly, what I need to know is the hours they are actually going to be there. Today is their first day back.

I was hoping to open an hour later in the mornings. My early child is changing their hours and the gym offers child watch at 8. That would give me just enough time to do a 30 min work out, shower, and get home by 9am.

TODAY, 2 of my families dropped off at 8:30am. I was already open, but surprised. And when I asked dcm, oh, my class is at 9, I have to drop off at 8:30. It's not a big deal, but if I had known that, I wouldn't have figured on going to the gym in the morning.

I'm just frustrated because I was really hoping to be able to get an am work out in. Sigh. It's only Monday!
