Thank Goodness These Parents Know Me

Last night, DCB apparently told his parents that I thought his nose was food, so I bit it. :: DCM couldn't stop laughing when she called to tell me this a while ago. Neither could I for that matter...what a strange story to come up with! This kid does come up with some weird ones.

But, I'm aware that I'm very lucky these parents know about his strange tales and don't take him seriously AT ALL.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

:: I do this to a dcb, he always smells so good that I catch him and pretend I am eating his tummy. He giggles hysterically and when he leaves I give him a little 'bite'. I can only imagine what other people must think when he tells them that "Miss ***** bites my belly!" (I don't REALLY bite it, of course) His Mom has started to do it at home as well, too.

:: too cute Silver! Good thing the parents do know you! ::

Reminds me of a DCB I had years ago.

My DH would always play the "I got your nose" game with him.

One day he was playing with DCB and must have "forgotten" to give it back so when my DH left for the afternoon, the DCB started just wailing!!

I had to call my DH and ask him to drive back and return DCB's nose.

It's always good when parents know you. LOL!!

I just had one text me today to tell me that their dd said she did not eat breakfast today. She said that I did not make anything and that nobody was hungry. LOL!! Of course mom knew it wasn't true. I texted her back and said I guess the mess all over the floor from the blueberry bread was my imagination and the 3 pieces she at were pretend.

I had one dcg tell her mom that I hit her and the other kids over the head with a wooden spoon! If the story wasn't bad enough all by itself, the mother was a case worker for child protective services!!!

I have no idea where dcg came up with that story but I was very thankful that dcm knew me well enough to know it wasn't true. She was laughing about it when she told me the story but I was floored that a kid that young could make up such a thing. Kind of scary, when you think about it!

            I mortified my mother once......

....we were in a department store and I was being a stinker. I was about three years old.

My mother and father are the kindest, best parents on the planet and never abused me in any way, shape or form. But that day...for some reason I cannot explain, I knew my mother was getting upset with my behavior....so what did I say loudly in the crowded store???

"Sorry Mum...please don't put me in the fridge again"

My mother said she wanted to die and couldn't get me out of there fast enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
