Extra charges for wipes and food?

According to our handbook, our parents are supposed to bring pampers, wipes and food for their children. Never had a parent forget until today. So.... three children and they did not eat breakfast, no food was brought for the 5 and 2 year old and no wipes... How much would you charge for that?

I don't even have a guesstimate about the diapers and wipes, but for the food, I would probably go by the USDA's standard guidelines for what the food program reimburses.

Maybe add in a couple dollars for the inconvenience.

I require my families to bring wipes and tissues monthly and if they forget, they are billed $6.

5 dollars per kid, I think thats what some providers do here.
