Question About 'No Pay/No Stay' Policy

Do you call to remind the parent that they still have a balance due? Or do you wait until the next scheduled day and then refuse stay until they are paid up to date?

Payments are due every friday by 12pm for the following week.....every day after that is $10 late fee (yes saturday and sunday too). I usually call or text if they forget at drop off, but I usually remind them before they leave.

I've never had a payment problem. Heck, IVE GOT BILLS TOO!

no reminders. but my payments are the same each week and due every friday. it never varies and i dont send invoices or reminders.
