Those of you who give free days, do you make them earn them? Like once they are a client for 90 days they earn free days to use for sick days or vacation days?

Oh dear, I don't give any free days at all. My clients pay for 49 weeks every year regardless of any stats, closed daycare days due to paid personal days, sick or missed days for any reason. It is easy for my clients and me to budget when full fees are due all the time except for my 3 weeks of vacation that I'm closed every year.Comment
