Nonstop Talking!

I am all for using your words, not whining, screaming etc. I appreciate children that can communicate with me, I really do. It's nice when a child can tell me what happened instead of just crying, I like kids that talk I really do! But I have this little boy that turned 2 in September, he seriously talks ALL DAY unless he is sleeping. While he is suppose to be playing he talks, while he is eating he talks, while he is watching a video, dancing, playing outside etc. etc. he talks. He seriously never shuts up! I felt awful yesterday but by the time he left at 5:00 I had such a headache, literally the only time he wasn't talking at me was while he was napping. When I say "talks all day" I mean in my face talking at me, I say "go play toys" way more often than I think I should have to. I really think that he is one of those kids that Mom and Dad entertain all day, they are in his face all the time so it is what he knows. He doesn't know how to just "go play", know idea what to do with himself if he isn't being talked to and entertained. He is very smart, he knows all of his colors, number, letters etc. etc. but he is soooo needy. I have two infants starting soon, I am seriously thinking about suggesting his parents get him into more of a preschool type program sooner than what they had planned to just because with the two new infants I don't think I can do it.

Sorry for the long vent but I would love any suggestions!
