    Logos

Did you pay a professional to do your logo or did you do it on a software program. If you used a software program please share which one. Thanks in advance!

I created my own and just used photoshop. I wanted something related to my daycare name which has to do with hands and I didn't want something already copyrighted or generic.

I did however surf the net to look at daycare center and FCC logos to make notes about what I thought was appealing. That's how I chose my colors and how I got a general idea of what I wanted. My logo is a large handprint with many little multi-colored handprints inside of it. If you can create your own I think it adds a more special and personal touch.

I used an online service for all my logos. Costs about $200 and up.

I am still working on school before I start my FCC but...

I just created my own future FCC logo with the paint microsoft thing that comes on the computer. I had to come up with a business flier for an FCC administration/marketing class. I already had an idea and played around with the shapes and colors- I spent a whole week working on it (3 session class {3 hours} 1 Friday night & {7 hours each} 2 Saturdays).I am extreamly happy with my fliers :-). So when ever I am ready to start I have my flier ready- I just need to add a liscene number and make sure the information is up to date (like a phone number and a website).

And after I get my bussiness started I'm going to try to get the daycare name and logo registered and trademarked/copyright protected.
