Make sure to call diggers hotline before you dig fence post holes. Also, in regard to your neighbor.....just offer a high quality program that works for you.

buy some magnets for your vehicle advertising your daycare. You have to make sure that you tell people that you had a daycare before. I know some providers will say that you "copied them" Also, you can have a chainlink fence which you can find pieces on craigslist for peanuts.
