    Good for you!!

It is hard to see things from others' perspectives and I don't fault parents for that but I do try to explain to them what being part of a "group" really means for them, myself and for others.

Once they "get it" you don't normally have any issues with them in the future.

It is also amazing what one day of rest and relaxation in their own homes can do for a child.

I had a mom keep her little itty bitty DCG home for the sniffles. It was GREAT. She was concerned it was the start of something else and she didnt want the other kiddos catching it. She kept her home Friday and Monday. So she had four full days to get over it.

The just a tooth mom left her DCG here for 4 hours while she was running a fever of 104!!! I called her 4 times each time she said she was coming but just got stuck at work, she even asked me if my fiance can go get meds. HECK NO HE CANT! No medicine here. NONE. NADA. Now that I think of it this DCG seems to bring the colds and flu's and everyone catches it from her.

Man I am just on a complaining roll today.... ***think happy thoughts, THINK happy thoughts*****
