Can anyone recommend a good program for our business other than Microsoft Office. All I am looking for is a spreadsheet & the ability to print receipts if needed. Thanks!

Open Office is free and downloadable from the internet, and very similar to Microsoft Office.

You can try openoffice.org. They have a freeware suite that's supposed to be very similar with the MS Office suite.
