Hello new to group
Hello I need some advice on what to charge families because right I charge $180 for infants, $140 for preschoolers and $90 for before and after I also charge $55 for pt for 1 child and $110 for 2 pt children however I am licensed thanks for ya'll help.

Pricing
It really depends on your area. I'm in Northern Cali and I think the highest Daycare provider we have in this area charges $145/wk for full time. I charge $125/wk full time but that's the typical fee in my area.

I would take a survey of providers in your area.
I am a TEXAS Licensed home provider.
I can go to the Texas Dept of Protective and Regulatory Services website, and search for all Listed, Registered, Licensed Homes and Licensed Centers...
I can search by zip code, or county.
I have been known to email...or call and just flat ask a provider what her fee scale is.
It is a good business practice to be aware of what other providers in your area are charging.
It is always a good idea to be aware of the quality of other in home providers homes, services offered, reputation as a provider...etc...when setting your own fees..Comment
