I am looking to open up a private daycare within an up and coming community in the boroughs of Queens or Brooklyn, New York. I am looking to rent a facility of 2,000 sqft - 3,000 sqft for from $3,500 - 6,500 a month. I am willing to rent a commercial storefront site, an apt. building that has "commercial use space", or even buy a site that was a pre-existing daycare.
Anyone have any suggestions on where to begin?
