Ugh...I agreed to let a FT go to PT...but still don't have a schedule!

A month ago, I agreed to let one of my FT go down to PT (his mom is a student)...I was expecting her to register for classes soon, and get me the schedule, so I could fill the other hours with another PT child. Well here it is, December 7th...and she has still not registered for next semester?!? I have 3 interviews this weekend for part timers, and still don't know which one I can offer the spot too...UGH!

I would def. set a deadline and let her know that if she doesn't give you a schedule by *** that she will most likely not have a space.

Sometimes a "due date" is the only thing that works. Sounds like this is one of those times to me.

YEP!! That;s what I would so too.

"Susan, I still havn't gotten your school schedule. I have 3 interviews set up so if I don't have your schedule by today the openings will be first come first serve so if you still havn't registered for classes you need to do that now because I'm going to start filling up my spots to the first clients that give me a set schedule."

I bet that will get the fire going.
