Classes for Kindergarten Readiness

Has anyone taken these? We have some coming up and are being very encouraged to take them. I think totaly its about 6 hours so I'm trying to figure out how much they can teach you in 6 hours and is it going to be pretty basic stuff that I already know?

I have yet to see this offered here in my county, but wish that they would.

Just when i think that I don't need to go to a meeting I already know stuff about, I always walk away learning something new...

I will be curious of what ages this is geared for also. I have a big feeling we are going to pretty much have them doing everything kindergarten teachers used to do so they can be totally ready for school when they go.
