Dropping like flies today!!

So far I have had two call in today. Extemely bad colds-running eyes, coughing and noses running so fast parents can't keep up with them. Also, the kids aren't sleeping at all at night because they are so stuffed up at night/coughing. One has called in 2 days now (sick all weekend) and one that was PERFECTLY fine yesterday is sick. I have the best parents as they always keep home when necessary. The group can be tough but I have very, very awesome parents.

I have one here today, fever, so waiting to be picked up. DCB has a slight cough and some drippy nose - was fine yesterday and really other then the fever appears not too bad today either!? :confused:

I just sit here thinking if we are all going to get it, please please PLEASE make it BEFORE Christmas! I would hate to think we'd all be sick Christmas Day...

Exactly the opposite for the most part here. My daycare kids are angelic, even when they are sick or tired, but most of my parents would still try to bring them even if they had the bubonic plague.

My dd had a fever last week. She was weak/shaky for a few hours and a fever for a day. I kept her home 2 days from school, thinking the 2nd day would turn into something else, but the only thing it turned into was pure craziness! You could tell she hadn't been out of her room in 2 days other than the evenings.

Our attendance has been pretty low so far this week. Tomorrow is usually our highest day, and I wonder if we stay low.

I only had one family scheduled the past two days and they were out with fevers.

Seriously, this flu season suuuuuucks. And I don't usually complain about flu seasons because I don't usually get the flu. But this one, suuuuuuucks.

I am just minus 1 today... high fever.
However, I am plus 1 (a new child)
So I guess it evens out!
