Need advice quick!

I have a 17 month old here, slight cold...but drewling a lot and her left nostril is slightly bleeding she's also dry coughing....and obviously can't cover her mouth,...send home or keep? I have my two kids that play too and my two month old....my assistant is here but not for the whole day....

hmm hard to say without seeing her. I would keep her and if she continues to go down hill then send home. I wouldn't worry about the blood because some kids get it with their colds.
