Letter to Parents

Hi all,
I was going to term a baby but have decided to try going a different route instead.. I decided to close daycare on Fridays!
Please read my letter and give any feedback before I send it off. I'd like to email it before arrivals Monday Morning.

Dear Parents,
I hope you all are enjoying the weekend!
I wanted to inform you all of the holiday schedule..
I will be closed both Dec. 24th & 25th
Open New Year's Eve until 3pm and Closed New Year's Day.

Lastly, due to personal reasons I will no longer be operating daycare on Fridays starting*
Jan. 1, 2013. I know this may conflict with many of your schedules and I apologize. Although I hope I may continue care for your children Mon-Th I understand that this may be an inconvenience for you. In the event you need to terminate care please kindly give me 2 weeks notice as stated in the contract.

If you have any concerns or question please don't hesitate to ask. I thank you in advance for your understanding.

So far all my parents support me! I'm waiting for one more set to acknowledge the new schedule but they don't come Fridays, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Best of luck if you decided to close Wed.
