In my area, my business niche is off hours/part-time childcare. This has turned out good for me but leaves me with an issue. I have a hard time creating a schedule that I can stick to day to day. The kids are age rages from 7 m - 1 yr mostly, two 3 year olds and afterschool kindergarten. These children arrive at all times of day and on alternating days sometimes.
(I would love to have an 7am-5pm childcare, but my region is saturated with that, and my new unlicensed childcare needed an edge)
I know I can find sample schedules online, but would love to know what you have found to work for you and even lessons learned through it.
Also, what methods of marketing have worked for you?
