Wondering if anyone else does school year only daycare? I would love to hear how you run your program. I just switched my program to school year only this spring - after falling into all teacher's kids. It just seemed like the logical step for me and it allowed me more time with my own children during the summer/holidays...
I was primarily wondering how everyone else handles the summer break. How do you ensure everyone returns in the fall?
It hasn't presented itself as a problem yet, but I'd like to make some changes for the next school year so it doesn't become an issue. I don't want to charge for the summer, but I would like to charge an "enrollment fee" or something similar to hold their spot.
