What do you do with this type of child

that is always screaming and whining every time another child even goes near them? she is 2 1/2.

I think we need more details. Is she yelling at them to go away, or is she seeming afraid of them? Is she just worried that they'll take the toys she's playing with? Does she seem overly frustrated in general? Can you give specifics?

Sorry, basically she just doesn't want anyone touching anything she's playing with, so whenever anyone comes near her she starts whining and screaming at them, or if say she's sitting in the book center not in or near the chair, if someone sits in the chair she thinks it's her chair just because she's reading a book and not even near it. She'll start whining and crying just about over everything, like just a few minutes ago, they were going to sit at the table and her chair tipped onto 2 legs as she was pulling it out, well she starts pushing the boy next to her whining and crying when they didn't even touch her chair and she knows this. Just things like this, it's all day long.
