How do you keep track of your payments from parents? I have 3 part time kids who pay only on the days they come. However so I can keep track of finance, they pay me for the month in advance. I'm looking for something easy to keep track of how much they have paid me and how much they have "used". I used to use an accounting app but it's become much less user friendly.

I use my signin/sign out sheet to keep track of hours, attendance, meals served, and payments made and due. All on one sheet. I circle and highlite the payment and at the end of the year just go through and add up the payment.I see little people.- Flag

Forms, Facts and Figures. It is 100% all you need for taxtime. It has all of your income, hours, times in and out, food program info, all expenses. All for only $13.00. I carry it to taxtime appt and it's all I need. I just ordered my 2013 from wildwoodonline.org You can also order receipts cheap from there too.- Flag

Thank you ladies. Ill look at everything mentioned above.
I currently use time station to check parents in and out because I had an account from when I had another business.I feel like I'm giving parents so much paperwork every week! They get their "time card", weekly newsletter, their child's artwork, and receipts.

Minute Menu Kids Pro here also. I love that not only can you keep track of payments from clients and keep track of what dates they cover but can also keep track of your expenses, attendance, meals logs etc. It's so much easier for me now.
The calendar keeper also works well if you prefer to have something that you take with you so that you can work on it while you're on the go.- Flag
