Is There A Way To "Save" Posts For Future Reference?

It would be great if there were a way to save posts of interest for future reference. I do not always have time to read through a lot of the posts that I find interesting or reply to them.
If there is a way can someone please tell me how. If there is nothing like this can you make this possible Michael?

Maybe a survey or something to see how many of us would use this option?

I created a folder in my favorites list and everytime I find a thread I want to save for future reference, it goes there.

I re-name to reflect the thread content and save it.

Works like a charm. Easy to reference and at my fingertips.
