Thank you, because I have really been stressing myself out about this matter. I don't want the parents to think that all they do is play while they are here, but that is all they like to do.

Let them know they are playing to work up to the structured curriculum. "When they do X, they are building their fine motor skills necessary for writing.
When they do Y, they are building their gross motor skills ... etc."

1 and 2-year-olds will not and cannot sit down for the same Circle Time that the 3's+ can. But, they can listen to a story being read, a song being sung, etc.
