Providers Affected by Hurricane Sandy

Does anyone know where I can contact a CCR&R or agency that works with providers from the NYC area?

I would like to put together some donations to help a fellow NY daycare provider get back on their feet, sort of a community service project to do with my daycare kids. Maybe send some art supplies, toys, that sort of thing.
