We had a mild cold run through my group between 4 and 5 weeks ago. Everyone got better within a week or so. I had to deal with the usual runny noses during that time, no big deal. One dcb, however, always has an incredibly runny nose when sick. I'm talking huge, almost solid masses of snot running down onto his shirt all day long. Sorry if that's tmi, the memory of it is making me a little ill :
: Well, here we are, over a month since the first symptoms and he is still congested. He's almost 3 and absolutely refuses to come to me when he needs his nose wiped so I'm constantly checking and wiping or I find it up both arms and all over his face. Is this normal? Do you have kids with runny noses for this long when it was just a mild cold? He didn't even have a cough or any other symptoms. Its getting old fast...
