Well that was easy, UPDATE to the paid Holidays question

I've been dreading telling this mom and dad that I didn't have an opening another day of Thanksgiving week and "reminding" them that I don't "switch" day. So when she got here this morning I let her know and she said oh ok so we will owe you $30 then for the week right? and I said well you would pay the regular rate for the week that those 2 days are ""paid holidays" and she said oh ok, it's good for me to know this since it's new to me. (even though she read the contract) but anyways she seemed totally fine and understanding and now I feel better. I told her that since all slots are filled the likely hood of me having an extra day will be very slim unless someone is sick or on vacation.

Terrific! What a relief when you've got yourself psyched for the worst and it turns out that good people do exist!
