Enrichment Programs

I have been attempting to offer enrichment programs for my children not only to make their experience better but for parents to want their children to be in the program. I already offer a curriculum but I want something to enhance their learning.
Are there any other daycare homes that offer additional enrichment programs like Karate, Art or Music? Have you been able to save money by doing the program yourself without hiring outside agencies?
Any suggestions on affordable enrichment activities for the kiddies.
