Looking for Daycare for Rent/Lease

Hello.
My business partner and I are looking for a space to rent to start up a daycare. We're looking for a space that was already a daycare or designed to be one with some renovations. A playground already installed would be great.

We are looking in the peel region area, but we are looking in the york region as well. If you know of any information or have a space available please email me. We are interested in renting from churches as well!
