    For Those with MMK

When you go into the Time/Space Percentage area you can choose to "Calculate Selected Month's Hours from Attendance Records" or "Calculate Selected Month's Hours from Hours of Operation."

I am in a state that only requires we keep records of attendance for each child. So, I guess I'm wondering if your state only required attendance records (not time in/time out), would you calculate your t/s percentage by hours of operation or hours with children in attendance? I don't really "get" why they offer two choices.
The difference for me is about 50 hours since sometimes my early birds come a little bit later or my late little guys will leave earlier.

Toms tax section had this once (or twice : before and I remember him saying it should be by attendance records.

Actual hours in care/ time in/time out.

I have stuck with that and have had no problems.
