where are they in care now
why are you switching
hours
emergency contact for pick up
what they are looking for
where do children sleep(crib or bed)

Am i missing anything important?

One of the biggest conversations I like to get into with parents is their parenting philosophies.

How do they discipline? Do their bed time routines, meal time routines? What are their goals for their child? What are they looking for in child care.....good care, academics and structure or just a place to ditch their kid?...kwim?

I like to talk with them about how they live from day to day. Basically how they want to raise their child. That is the biggest indicator for me to know if they are a good fit or not for my program.
