Rate Sheets Please

I know some of you offer a rate scale based on what time the children are picked up... the earlier the pickup, the cheaper the rate.
Can you share that with me?
Any other different suggestions welcome too. Thanks everyone

This is what I do! I always ask parents what hours they want and give them their rate, then also give them the chart. Some have changed their hours to make their rate a bit less.



6 weeks-2 years Until potty trained Preschool

Each family will contract for their drop off and pick up hours. The above chart is for the hours of 8-4:30. A discount will be given for a contracted pick up time earlier than 4:30pm. This is $1 for each 15 minutes earlier than 4:30, up to $4/day (ie, for a 4-day infant with a pickup time of 3:30, the discount would be $16, and the weekly rate would be $139). A drop off time earlier than 8am may be available for $1/15 minutes. Prearranged longer hours may be available for $2.50/15 minutes (ie, parent has a late meeting and will need to pickup 1 hour late, the extra charge will be $10). Overtime charged at $5/15 minutes (ie, traffic was heavy and parent arrives 10 minutes after contracted time, the extra charge will be $5).
