    Constipation

What would you do with a little two year old who has a hard time with poop. Shes straining so hard and nothing seems to help. We tried miralax... i hate seeing her in pain

A supository and then keep up with the miralax.

I have a child that has issues with us up to the point of seeing specialist. They are the ones that did the miralax and they finally outgrew needing it. Every once in awhile but not daily like before.

We had to do the supositories as a toddler for a couple of mine but one suffered more then the other.

PlumSmart, works great. It's a juice sold next to the prune juice. Kids love the taste.

We had to cut back on milk for my son and our pediatrician suggested we add Metamusil. That was years ago...not sure if it's still around. It definitely did the trick.
