Would Very Much Like To Scream...

So my wife hates her new job, shes working late everyday, dealing with a crappy boss, and pretty much is depressed all the time. ON top of that when i do see her its either before or after i leave for work on the weekends so thats not much good either. And of course when shes not happy, im not.
So thats my vent! Could use some prayers
"God said, ‘I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart. He will do everything I want him to do.'"

    hope it gets better.

new jobs sometime need time to adjust and figure everything out. Kind of like when you get a new daycare kiddo. All you can really do Dave is support and be a listening ear to her. Remind her she has options, to look for something else if it doesn't get better quick.

      Prayers!!

I can totally relate dh works 2nd shift and recently its 6-7 days per week. Money is good but being a single parent in the evening is not.

She would never have time to interview. Her boss doesnt even give her time off during the day to attend stuff at our daugthers school let alone anything else. Turn over in this department is high, even though they told her it wasnt when she was hired on. Shes just got a horrible micromanaging boss, thats the biggest problem

She might have to start lining some interviews up for one particular day - give about 2.5 hours apart and call in "sick" so she can do 3-4 interviews in one day.

Having horrible bosses in my younger years before daycare was one of the primary reasons I became my own boss - I can totally sympathize.

Be supportive of your wife when you two are together - listen to her vent and help keep her relaxed when you can (foot rubs, bubble baths, etc). Make every moment you can count. Good luck!
