    Does Anyone In Cal Know?

    If my Dd has a 13 year old friend over do I need to count the friend in my numbers

    Yes. Up to age 14 she must be counted.

      you know, If I were you, I would call your analyst. Again this is one of those grey areas that you need to confirm in writing.

      I was told that if the child can walk home if asked to, that they would not account towards my numbers. However, this was my analyst. IF you call a duty officer, they might tell you differently.

        I was told the same as daycare. As long as the child is able to leave on their own power at anytime, they do not count. If a parent had to come get them, they counted. It didn't matter the age.

        I had 6 neighborhood kids in my front yard playing with cardboard boxes and they didn't count
