How Would You Charge For Last Weeks Of Care?

We are moving this month and I told DCM the end of August that I would provide care until October 15th. Of course if she found alternate care before then she could pull DCB at any time with 2 weeks notice.

She told me last Monday that this Friday would be his last day as she did find alternate care. She pays on Fridays so she had already paid for last week and then she paid last Friday (28th) for this week. She asked me last week if she could actually make his last day the 9th instead of the 5th as nanny could not start until then.

SO, how would I charge for this? Would I charge for just the two days next week as a drop in rate or would I charge for the full week?

I would charge as a drop in. Although my drop in rate is a good amount higher than my weekly rate when broken down by day so I'd really be making about half a weeks pay by doing the drop in rate for 2 days.
