    Only 1 today

Uh... today I only have one daycare kid, but she has done nothing but follow me around crying and whining all day long. She got here at 6:15 screaming and crying because she didn't want to leave mom. Then she is scared of men so any time my husband talks or anything she cries. Mom said she is that way with every male even her grand-father, cousins, uncles. She just doesn't like men. Parents want her to nap twice a day so that she isn't fussy later. It is now 3:30 and she has successfully cried for the last 30 minutes over nothing at all. She is one of the main reasons I want to close down and move on. I can usually ignore this type of behavior but now it is getting under my skin and causing daily headaches.

I say, go ahead and term your crier, give it a few weeks and then make more decisions from there. Really if you have one that is crying all day long, it is just too much and will ruin your day no matter how good the rest of the kids are being.

      I am with Cheer.

A termination will benefit you, your family, DCM and DCG.

Maybe they can put her in a small center, that typically has two female teachers per room, since she clearly requires much more one on one than a single provider can give.
