Logged Out: I Am Very Tired

Happy monday everyone! I wanted some of your opinions on what to do on those days when you are just so tired that you don't feel like you can keep up with your regular busy routine. If I worked outside of the home I would have called in sick today, just to catch up on some much needed rest. I am not sick, but have a temporary medical condition that causes extreme exhaustion occasionally.

On those days where you are just spent, what are some activities that you can do that require minimal exertion?

I am typically very energetic and have a million great things to do all day, but I need some help today!

I use sub-lingual vitamin B at lunch, add extra low-fat proteins to my diet and add in an extra mid-afternoon snack (PBJ on honey wheat & Orange juice is my preferred).

It may be a good idea to start taking stress tabs daily. They are a great multi-vitamin intended just for what you are describing.

What kind do you use? I just googled it... But I'm wondering what a good kind is? I am a vegetarian and have thought for a while that I should take B12. Thanks!

I'm registered btw, I just can't remember my password.

I am pretty sure you can use the re-set password option to log in.

I take sundown and stress tabs, myself, but am not sure if there are animal products in them or not. I am not vegetarian, so be sure to read everything first. ::::
