Having A Brain F@Rt lol Help

So I have a family that is going to be taking a two week vacation!! It will be during the month of November which just so happens to also be the time that I will be closed for 3 days for the holiday and they will all be paid days

I normally will give a discount for vacations when they take off 5 consecutive days.

So with that being said, the family will be gone a little over two weeks 11-13 through 11-30...

I can't think can someone help.....Im operating off of a few hours of sleep today....

not sure how much discount to give...1 full week??

DC someone else will have to help you with this. I'm on a math strike right now!::::::

I understand the sleep thing. Between Sunday and Tuesday I only had like 9 hours of sleep and my kids sleep through the night!

Do you give families vacation time (5 days in a row) off for free or just discounted?

I would treat the days they are taking as a vacation the same as if the days are just regular days. Same credit or same discount.

Ok, so if I am uderstandng you, you offer 5 days at a discounted rate if they take them consecutively? How *I* would do this is 3 paid days, plus 2 days at regular rate, so one full week's payment for that time. THEN 5 days with a discount. Not sure what your rates are, or what your discount is to help with #'s.

I was just wondering how many of the days I should discount.....the total number of days they will be gone are 14, but I am closed 3 of those days with payment due to holiday....

Ok, so I would discount ALL 14 days. You charge for holidays just as you would charge for a regular attendance day, so I think you should also discount holiday days just as you would discount a regular attendance day. Make sense?
