Pre-licensing Visit Call
Hi, if anyone is in California, how long did it take for your licensing analyst to call you to schedule the prelicensing visit? I am just waiting for this last part of my "journey" before I get my license (hopefully). I am just waiting for that phone to ring. I want to get it done already.

it depends on your county and how backed up they are. -
I am in LA county out of Culver City office. I have no idea how backed up they are. My analyst was out of town and just came back today. I called her last week and left her a message telling her who I was and asking if she had gotten my paperwork. I hope she calls me this week sometime.Comment

I think it took 1-2 weeks after the background checks went through and I sent in the readiness checklist with a note saying I was ready for the inspection. This was in San Diego. From the time I submitted my application to approval took me less than 2 months.Comment

Still waiting for Orr licensing inspection call in CA
What if I am getting my fingerprints transferred as I had another family daycare before and I moved and closed it. I called my analyst and she told me she was still reviewing my application. Is that normal? I had thought it was already reviewed. I had no issues at my previous daycare ( no complaints, etc...).Comment
