Leaves, Squirrels And Fall And A Mystery Song- Help Please

Hi Everyone- Happy Monday

Looking for songs on these subjects, finger plays or arts and crafts in this theme that are simple. I have two year olds. Please don't send me to a site, that I am going to have to weed through a bunch of other stuff to find what I am looking for. I am frustrated with that and that is why I am here.

I am also looking for a transition song, and I can't remember the name of it or how it all goes. Has to do with clapping and folding hands and putting them in your lap. I think it could be a head start song. Clap clap clap, now hands together and on your lap?

I was hoping that maybe we could get a section by month of themed curriculum. So for example we could have sept category and then all the providers can list their sept curriculum. It would be a one stop shop and we would not have to scour the internet searching for ideas?????? Is this asking too much?
