I have from Tennessee and I have been all over the DHS site and I can not find where the application is to apply to become a group home provider. I know they assign you a rep but how and where do I inquire to get all this done. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this group home started. It will be for level 1 and 2 kids who are in DCS custody for neglect or for any reason they are with the state. They will live there. Please help!!!

I am afraid that the licensing rules/regs and the application processes for daycare and foster care/group homes are not at all the same or even related.
You would have to find the number to your local DHS department and call them to ask as I am betting not many child care providers can be much help. Sorry.
