OK. I need to rant a bit. I am only open for 8 hours per day. I am pretty sure there are 24 hours in most days. So then why is it my job to fix all the problems and hit every single need? These requests are all from today, from different parents.
"___ is dehydrated. Please push fluids all day. Make sure he goes into the bathroom a ton so he doesn't have accidents."
"____ isn't getting enough outside time. Can you try to get out twice today?" - this is from my neighbor, who is NEVER outside.
"____ is really fighting us on vegetables. Try to present them as often as you can."
"____ has a really bad diapre rash. Please don't forget to change often."
I know these are all things that need to be addressed durnig my 8 hours. BUt I think they should also worry about them at HOME! And no, I can't feed every baby a bottle and give every kid a snack 10 minutes before they go home. I have an idea - you feed them - AT HOME!!!!
OK. I feel a little bit better. I know I am a Super Hero Provider...but I can only get to so much in a day.
Ohhh, and if it so important to get her outside, maybe you can take her when you get home? Oh, wait...that's my job.
