    Potential for Inspection?

As some of you already know I had to file an Incident Report with licensing because my DCB got injured last thursday and ended up getting 4 stitches on his forehead.

I was wondering if I have a potential for a licensing visit because of the injuring to DCB? I just had a site visit about 3 weeks ago.

I don't know how things work in your area but ANY time licensing is called/contacted in regards to an accident or a report (founded or not), we get a licensing visit.

Guess it can't hurt to be prepared...just in case.

How soon do they come out? Like, is there a typical time frame...such as within a week?

Just be prepared, the best you can. You may wish to call your analyst and ask her if she needs to come out.

I don't know anyone who's filed an incident report, so I really can't say for sure.

I believe that they have one week to come out on a complaint.

I seam to emember form my origintaion that they have a week for "complaints" that do not place the children in imidiate danger.
