    tuesday we are making flags and learning the national anthem. 9-11

    wedensday- going to a donut shope to make our own, then dunk them in some delicious milk.

    Thursday- don't give up, even if it's difficult. Block building with giant blocks

    Friday- do you have a dog? dog project, old mother hubbard, nature walk, searching for dandelions

          We are actually going to finish up last years curriculum starting next week. It will take a few months but we are in no hurry-

          I'm only doing preschool 1.5 hours a day this year and the other 1.5 hours will be total outdoor time!
          Each day is a fresh start
          Never look back on regrets
          Live life to the fullest
          We only get one shot at this!!

                The main theme next week is flying and I have all sorts of things planned for it (including filling up some balloons, playing with little parachute men, painting wooden airplanes, putting together little gliders, making paper airplanes, and playing with dh's toy remote control helicopter). I also have a ton of new library books and one pop-up airplane book.

                As far as their designated preschool time, we will go over the letter H also and the number 5. I haven't planned the educational activities yet, but it usually combines several games, writing, reading, manipulatives and counting. I'm thinking of having the two little ones (who are almost 2) make color books and laminating them (all the big kids know their colors very well).

                  Survival, my only plan for next week. Keeping my sanity will be an unexpected bonus.

                    the apple tree next door looks like it is ready. IF we can get the new renters to let us pick we will be doing somethings with apples. maybe some apple prints along with making apple sauce and apple crisp

                    luckily this is one theme I have lots of choices along with books already organized.

                    I do need to start planning earlier than the Friday before.
                    It:: will wait

                      ! I have a general plan but yes, Friday before.. sometimes Sunday before. That is why I posted this thread to get me thinking! But, I don't know who I will have when yet so I make loose plans and fill in for specific children.
