A new use for Crepe Paper

I couldn't find a cute fall boarder for my bulletin board while at the $1 store so I decide to use crepe paper. Green to be exact and then I will attach leaves on top of it.

I love finding new cheap uses for something. Anyone else have any thrifty uses?

I know I posted about this last year but with so many new users hoping for some new ideas

$1 store table clothes are great for bulletin board backrounds

I am thinking crepe paper = streamers.
I use cheap tissue paper as a filler in my pool. The kids love playing in it. I love dollar tree's pom poms oh and their wiggly eyes!
I have been into clearance pool noodles lately. (Balance beam, cut them up to play with, paint with them)
Cheap cookie cutters have a million uses.

ok, we call them streamers I would never guess that they are crepe paper.

            For cheap entertainment:

I cut pool noodles in half and give them to the kids to use to keep balloons from touching the ground.

Also I bought a couple of large car wash sponges and cut them into cubes and put them in a bucket of water. It kept the kids busy for hours this summer washing everything outside.

I saw something online (pinterest maybe?) where they made a "tent" outside by throwing crepe paper over an overhead tree branch and spread it out.

                Oh, found it:
