..Wow didn't think this thread would keep going and going 
Anyway back to the word "insure" and "ensure" I used "insure" because it was to secure a payment and the client a spot. I assumed because it was to deal with money/income that it was the right choice of the word to make.
But now it really doesn't matter because my printer is being difficult, and not working at the moment
But thank you all for your input and advise.
