Hello all -
I am looking for any MN providers who may have the grant application. I took a webinar and my grant lady said she would email it to me before the 1st (when it was available) as I took the webinar. She didn't. When accessing the website, it still says you need to call to obtain the application. I emailed, and she will be out of the office until the 6th. I was hoping to have it done by then! Is there anyone in the northwest fourth of the state who would be willing to share it with me? I don't want yours, just the blank form!
