hi there...i'm new to this forum and so happy to find it! i've done child care in my home for two years now and until now, i've just given parents a letter stating my guidelines for payment, cancellations, holidays, etc. i'm planning to write up a more formal handbook-type thing for parents and i'm looking for suggestions as to the main subjects that need to be included. thank you!
